All levels of staff were courteous and timely (no excessive wait time for appointments).
All of my questions and concerns were appropriately addressed.
Staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
Any questions for me regarding my information were relayed to me in a timely, courteous manner.
Tax returns were presented neatly with original paperwork returned in order.
Turn-around (time from drop of of original information to pick up of final product) was acceptable.
