RightSignature - Signing Electronic Documents

Through the new portal, I send documents for signature through an app called RightSignature.com. It will let you sign everything from your device. However, I’m having some clients tell me that the notification to sign (which comes by email) is going into their spam folder.

I try to let everyone know when I’m sending something to be signed, but just kind of tuck that away into the back of your mind that if you know you’re supposed to sign something, look for RightSignature.com in your spam folder if you don’t see it come through your email. I will be sending out tax return engagement letters in a couple of months so you should start seeing some emails at that time.
